- For all with strain related issues in the lower arm MLI™ Elbow provides databased feedback based on your muscular activity and movements and provides you with tips & tricks to modify your use of your lower arm if your current Muscle Load Index™ is high.
You wear the product on your lower arm with the included Sleeve and where it measures your muscular activity and movements. The data from the measurements are streamed to your smart device and from there to our cloud solution where advanced algorithm assess the data. If your data results in a high Muscle Load you will receive a notification on your smart device and provide you with tips & tricks on how to reduce your strain. This is for you to modify your behavior and potentially help you reduce your risk of developing a strain injury.

- Measure the arm, which you are going to use MLI Elbow on.
- Measure the perimeter of the forearm, where your forearm muscle is thickest.

Will it work on all smart phones?
MLI solutions include an app, which have been tested on and iOS 10.0 and higher and Android 6.0 and higher.

When will my order be shipped?
After your order is placed with us and your payment received, we will ship your order within 2 business days. Please notice first dispatch is End November 2019.
Can I track my order?
After your order has been shipped you will automatic receive a tracking number and link.
Is there any payment in the app?
When you buy the MLI Elbow kit, it includes one month of free data in the app. After this period, the app will ask you if you want to extend this period by buying a subscription of €8 per month. The purchase is handled through your App Store or Google Play, and you can always cancel the subscription the normal way.
What is your cancellation and return policy?
We grant full right of cancellation for a period of 14 days from the day after you received the items. You have to give us notice within 14 days after the receipt of your items. Hereafter you have 14 days to return the items to our warehouse. Items must be returned in their original condition and in their original, undamaged packaging if you are to receive full compensation for your purchase (excl. delivery expenses). We accept that items have been taken out of the packaging for inspection and testing (equivalent to what is normal and possible in a physical shop). If the items have been used to an extent so they have lost value the loss of value will be deducted in your compensation. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You have to pay the delivery charges for the return of a product. The delivery charges are non-refundable. As soon as we have received and approved the returned items, we will credit your account with the compensation for the goods within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the credit card that was originally charged. This is to avoid the use of stolen credit cards. Please remember to state your registration and account numbers for the bank transfer.
Please keep your post office receipt as documentation of shipment of the returned items. All costs in connection with the return of items shall be paid by the customer. The items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
If the items are defective or damaged when you receive them from our warehouse, we will replace them free of charge. You have to give us notice right away.
